Below you will find the general terms and conditions of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH:
- Scope and conclusion of contract -
Our general terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, apply to all orders that you place on our website or by telephone, fax or email. Your order process results in a purchase contract between you and Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH, based in A-8230 Hartberg, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders -
You can place an order with us in the following ways:

- By sending a fax

- By telephone on our advice and order hotline
- data security -
Your personal data such as B. Credit card number, name and address are encrypted by our software. - Discounts -
Cannot be granted.
- Validity of the prices -
With the current price list, all previous offers lose their validity. Prices and terms and conditions apply until the new price list is published.
- Terms of payment -
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The customer has to pay all amounts no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice without deduction. However, it is also possible to pay for the contract via the shop system by credit card, PayPal or SOFORT transfer.
- Default in payment -
In the event of default in payment, we will charge reminder fees or additional costs through the involvement of a debt collection agency.
- Delivery time and shipping costs -
We will process your order immediately and it will be ready for dispatch within 1-3 working days. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you by email or telephone to arrange a partial delivery if you wish. To determine when your order will arrive, please add the delivery time shown below:
Austria: 1-2 working days
Germany: 2-5 working days
Switzerland: 4-7 working days
Rest of Europe: 5-9 working days
For partial deliveries, we only charge shipping costs once and provide an indication of when the remaining goods will be shipped. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties will be collected by the responsible authorities upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we do not know how high these customs and import fees will be, as they vary greatly per country. Further information about the amount of customs duties and possible import regulations can be obtained from your customs office. If Natural Products Wilfinger incurs additional shipping costs due to the provision of an incorrect delivery address or incorrect address data, these costs must be reimbursed by the customer.
Shipping costs Austria
For orders below EUR 70, - EUR 4,90 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 70 are sent free of charge. This does not apply to orders for two packs of Aciflovital. These packages are always sent free of charge.
Shipping costs Germany
For orders below EUR 70, - EUR 6,50 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 70 are sent free of charge. This does not apply to orders for two packs of Aciflovital. These packages are always sent free of charge.
Shipping costs to Hungary, Slovakia and the Netherlands
For orders below EUR 150, EUR 7,90 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 150 are sent free of charge.
Shipping costs to Slovenia and Croatia
For orders below EUR 150, EUR 7,40 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 150 are sent free of charge.
Shipping costs to the Czech Republic
For orders below EUR 150, EUR 8,90 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 150 are sent free of charge.
Shipping costs Italy
For orders below EUR 150, EUR 8,30 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 150 are sent free of charge.
Shipping Rate Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium and France
For orders below EUR 250, EUR 13,90 must be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 250 are sent free of charge.
Attention! When shipping to Denmark and Sweden, your package may have to be picked up at a nearby package shop.
Shipping costs Switzerland
Here we charge flat shipping costs of EUR 9,00 regardless of the order value.
Shipping costs to all other EU countries
Here we charge flat shipping costs of EUR 15,00 regardless of the order value.
Attention! When shipping to Finland, your package may have to be picked up at a nearby package shop.
Shipping costs Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia
Here we charge flat shipping costs of EUR 12,00 regardless of the order value.
Glass
For packages containing three or more glass bottles (excluding Medical Medium products), a surcharge for fragile goods of € 3,50 will be charged. Thus, the goods are 100% insured in the event of breakage.
- Value added tax -
All prices of the specified products include the currently applicable VAT. We do not charge VAT for deliveries to countries outside the EU. -

- Transport damage -
The company Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH takes on the transport risk due to the delivery modality free domicile. If the goods arrive damaged during transport, please report this immediately to the postman who is delivering the package. Do not accept the package, but contact us so that we can send you a replacement delivery free of charge and we can check the damage and take appropriate action.

The goods remain the property of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH until they have been paid for in full.
