The baking mix for your bread specialty.
Preparation:
Mix the baking mixture vigorously in dry form. Then knead by hand together with 1 day of fresh yeast (dissolve in water) and approx. 0,5 l of warm water for 15 minutes (or 8 minutes in the kneading machine). Let the kneaded dough rest for 25 minutes at 30 to 20 degrees Celsius. Then knead again briefly and place in the baking pan. After a rest period of 20 minutes, place in the oven and bake at 180 to 200 degrees for about 90 minutes.
