Right of withdrawal

Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH, Schildbach 51, 8230 Hartberg, Austria, office@ringnaturshop.com, telephone: +43 (0) 3332 608-560) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the cost of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal described above only applies to consumers.

In the case of goods that are delivered sealed in appropriate protective packaging for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which are therefore only suitable for return or transfer with the seal intact, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed or damaged by the customer.
